These medicines are sourced at, or as near to, cost as we can possibly source. And christianrx.com offers it services anywhere worldwide where people have needs for the Prescription Benefit Plan, but christianrx.com does not have an office or building or legal presence in all countries. DELIVERY POLICY:

30 Day Shipping: Concerning any Mail Order, online tracking is available to us for your shipment. Yes, we, and the supplier-distributors receive a signed receipt from the shipper that the parcel was delivered to the stated address (you). The signed receipt is proof of the delivery of your order. Normally, the product shipment takes less than 21 days to arrive, but please allow 30 days. HOLIDAYS have proven to be abnormally slow for some orders... when December arrives you must plan accordingly and some of the times the delivery has been longer than 30 days. Other times of the year it can come in 10 days — we are not in control of the global postal shipping system :-)

SHIPPING DELAY:

Should any shipment be delayed, and upon notification by the customer, we will get the distributor to replace the delayed shipment, and re-ship to the customer at no additional cost to the customer. christianrx.com is not liable for any damages whatsoever to the customer due to delay in shipping, or complete failure of the shipment to arrive within 30 days.

If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase or credit card transaction, please contact us immediately. We are here to help you, and we will make all contacts with the suppliers to remedy any problems. All transactions are processed in US dollars.

REFUND POLICY:

Remember, this is YOUR Pharmaceutical Benefit Program. christianrx.com exists only for you. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped from the pharmacy, we cannot cancel the order. Unfortunately, we also cannot re-stock any meds if they are returned to us, because of safety concerns. Do not ship the meds back to us. Let's talk, and let's see what the problems are and if we can resolve the situation so that you are Blessed by our service to you. But DO NOT ORDER if you do not want the medicine — there are NO RETURNS. You cannot change your mind — you need to pay for what you order, period. If there is something christianrxcom did that needs correction, we will re-ship and make it right, period. Let's communicate first to see if we can find a good solution.

Yes and and no. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped from the pharmacy, we cannot cancel the order. In the case where your order has not been dispatched, most times the pharmacy will charge a $10.00 USD cancellation fee. Obviously, if the reason for cancellation is due to anything on the side of christianrx.com and their sources, there will be no cancellation fee whatsoever. But let's communicate first to see if we can find a good solution.

CHARGE BACKS AND DISPUTES:

Obviously we want to resolve any problems because we are a member organization. If christianrx.com is at fault, we WILL find a solution and correct it. If we are not at fault, please talk to us anyway and be honest with us because we are here to help you and we will do everything we can to find a solution for you.
